BIRTHDAY PLANNING POST
I turn 30 this year, on May 30th specifically.
I've decided that since I haven't had a birthday party for myself in years I want to organize something this year.
So, ideally, what I would love to have happen is arrange for my friends to come visit or meet up with me somewhere this year. It does not have to be on or around May 30th. In fact, the entire month of May tends to be really busy in my family so sometime after my birthday might even be better.
What I'd love best is if people came to visit me here in the Bay Area so we could then go to San Francisco or Monterey or Carmel or something. HOWEVER I'm definitely open to going places along the West coast, including but not limited to LA for Disneyland, San Diego, and Seattle. But really, people coming to the SF Bay Area would be lovely and a half.
So, the question really is, who thinks they could get themselves here and what months/weeks would be best for everyone?
The more details you can give, any specifications you might have, the better.

If this happens in the SF Bay Area, I have a car that will seat a maximum of 4 others besides myself. I do not have space to host anyone, however.
Still, in the SF/Bay Area happens, there is a LOT to do here. There are a slew of restaurants in my area as well as the surrounding cities. San Francisco has a ton to do (parks, beaches, bars, tourist attractions, etc.), Santa Cruz has the Boardwalk of course, Carmel and Monterey have the Aquarium and gorgeous beaches and it's a hop away from Pebble Beach for anyone who wants to drive 17 mile drive, or there's also Point Lobos near Carmel.
In my area specifically there are a ton of amazing places to eat, a favorite upscale restaurant I love to get drinks/dessert at, a place to play bocce ball, parks, Great America (giant giant giant amusement park) and just...a slew of things/places to go to.

I'm good any time. I have a preference for San Fran, or San Diego, but I'm biased. :)
If we do Seattle I have a car, if people want to fly into Portland and drive up. That's nbd. I can fit 4 people including myself. I'm also cool w/ splitting a hotel room with people if anyone needs.
